ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium
ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium — $259.99 (Enhanced $199.99 · Essential $139.99).
The voice-at-the-wall pick: a built-in speaker runs Siri or Alexa on the thermostat itself — “set it to 72” spoken at the wall, no phone in hand. And the app verdict is the strongest on this page: blind users on AppleVis specifically recommend ecobee because, in the community’s words, their app is very easy to use. Air-quality monitoring and a room sensor are in the box. No Matter support (a dormant Thread radio instead). Wiring is sighted work, as with all of these.
