Brainstream Al Dente Singing Floating Pasta Timer
Brainstream Al Dente Singing Floating Pasta Timer (Brainstream) — ~$25 (seen Oct 2026)
Drop it in the pot with your pasta and walk away: it floats, senses the temperature, and plays a different Italian tune at 3, 7, 9, and 11 minutes, so you hear exactly when each pasta shape is done — no timer to set, no display to check. It's the rare mainstream gadget that's accidentally perfect for blind cooks. Honest caveat: the four timings are fixed to pasta types, so it won't cover everything you boil, and Amazon's rating wasn't visible to our page reader — worth a quick review check.
