Sunu Band
Sunu Band — price not captured in our research.
A sonar wristband that detects obstacles above the waist — the ones a cane can’t reach — and reports them as vibration. Sam’s verdict is a comparison, which is why it’s worth having: he preferred it over a clip-on sonar device, for wrist-level sonar placement, the ability to rotate your wrist to scan, and longer range. It doesn’t replace the cane’s ground information; it covers the head-height half of the world the cane was never built for.
