Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe (NV360)
Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe (NV360) — about $160 · ≈4.5★ · Blind pick — the rare vacuum where the canister lifts off the stick with one button, so stairs and upholstery stop being a two-person job.
The blind-shopper angle: the lift-away pod detaches with a single large release button you can't miss by touch; the brushroll has a hard-floor versus carpet switch on the power head; the dust cup empties from the bottom with one latch — no bags to fumble. Corded (25 feet) means no battery anxiety and no 'is it charged' guessing. What to listen for in reviews: weight (16 pounds — it's not light) and the missing cord rewind (you wrap the cord on hooks).
Versus the Dyson V8 (cordless, $300+, covered elsewhere) — Shark wins on price and never dies mid-room; Dyson wins on weight. For a blind buyer, 'always ready, no charging ritual' is a genuine feature, not a footnote.
